About Our Pledge Drive:
Since January 2008 the Phoenix Folk Dancers have been paying facility fees to the City of Phoenix for the use of the Encanto Park Clubhouse. This has tripled our annual budget. (Before 2008 the Clubhouse was available to us without cost). This beautiful old building, featuring wooden floors and overlooking the lagoon, has served us well for over twenty years as a wonderful, centrally-located meeting place.
Although our 2008 goal has been met, we are continuing to accept donations because we will soon be reserving dates for 2009.
All reservations must be completely paid in advance.
Your donations to our pledge drive will help keep folk dance and culture alive in Phoenix. Donations are not required, but
they are greatly appreciated. They can be made at any Thursday night dance or checks made payable to PIFD can be mailed to:
