..... It is our personal approach that creates the climate.

..... It is our daily mood that makes the weather.

..... As a coach or parent or boss, we possess tremendous power to make an athlete's (or employee's) life miserable or joyous.

..... We can be the tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration.

..... We can humiliate or humor, hurt or heal.

..... In all situations it is our response that decides whether a crisis will be escalated or de-escalated

..... To an athlete, child, employee ... We can humanized or dehumanized.

..... So Coaches, remember that it is just a game and your relationship with that individual will last a lifetime.

..... Make it a great memory forever.
