other time that you play, you should post your scores. You can go to the AWGA
page and log in and post your scores. Here is a link to the AWGA
web site and you will see "post your score" in the upper left hand location. Back

and a play of day card. 2. Be sure they have been signed, dated and attested. 3.

so always turn in two cards and make sure they are neat and correct. Back

HANDICAPPING:
To establish a handicap, members must play five rounds of golf with a Kokopelli
member on the Kokopelli course and give the signed, dated and attested card to
Nancy. Your handicap will be even more accurate if you can give me scores at other
clubs you have played recently also. I officially need scores, date, name of the
course, and tee boxes you played from. Back to the top

Two
Players of the year, a low net and a low gross
(Just bragging rights with a medal for your bag.)
We will have two Tuesdays where we add both 18 hole scores together to determine
our player of the year for our club. On the last Tuesday in February and the
first Tuesday in March, the low net players (from the winners of Nov, Dec, Jan,
Feb) will be playing together for that award. And the low gross players (from
the winners of Nov, DEC, Jan, Feb) will be playing together for that award. You
cannot play in both, so when you qualify for low gross, you may not qualify for
low net and we do the playoffs on the same day. Our awards luncheon is on the
3rd Tuesday in March so we must finish these playoffs so that the medals can be
printed SO.... any ties will be a card playoff. Handicap 1 is hole number 8,
then hole 18, etc. etc. Good luck to everyone. Back to the top

"29
PUTT CLUB"
(Your putting is the best.) ... November through 2nd Tuesday in March.
3rd Tuesday in March is our Farewell Party. Each week, I will have an envelope
for you to participate if you want. You will put your name and a $1 in the envelope.
This contest will run from November through the week before our ending party on
the 3rd Tuesday in March. Each week you put in a dollar and then you can participate.
You are attempting to get 29 putts or less in 18 holes. If you do not put in a
$1 and sign the envelope, then you are not competing that week. At
our farewell party in March, everyone that had a 29 or lower will share the total
sum of money. So each time you shoot a 29 you will earn a share of the money.
Example: If you have 29 putts 4 times, then you will get 4 shares of the total
amount. Someone else may earn one share and someone else 2 shares. And we do not
know how many shares there will be as everyone has a chance to get 29 or fewer
putts each and every week. At
the end of the year party, the very lowest putts will also get a certificate for
lowest putts. Again, you do not have to play every week, you can pick weeks you
feel great, or you can play every week. But you must put your $1 in before you
begin play and then count your putts. If no-one gets 29 putts on or before the
2nd Tuesday in March, then the money will carry over. The contest will always
run November through the 2nd week in March. Again there is no payout when you
have the 29 putts. You are then in the money for winning and sharing the loot.
I hope I have made this as clear as mud. Each and every week the amount will increase
as we put in $1 each and every week. My guess it will total to be about $130 -
$200. Winners: 2010-2011
Lana Jones won the entire pot the first year and it was $119 and we did not start
until January 2010. 2011-2012 November through 2nd Tuesday in March ... Back

AWARDS at the end of year Party:
At the end of the year party, which is always on the 3rd Tuesday of March, we
have 10 proxy events and give a $20 give card to each winner. We do have the rule
that you cannot win more than one event so that the money is shared by all the
club members. This
link will give you the results
for the past three years (2008-2011). We also present awards for Low Gross, Medallion
Trny ... Low Net, Medallion Trny ... Lowest Gross Score of the year ... Lowest
Net Score of the year ... Low Gross Club Champion played off on two Tuesdays ...
Low Net Club Champion played off on two Tuesdays ... and the 29 Putt Club winnings
are shared by those that had 29 putts throughout the year. These awards are calculated
from the months of November through March and conclude the week before the awards
end of the year party. Only members may compete for any of these awards. Guests
are always welcome to join us for a great round of golf. Back

Summer Ladies League Play:
Our summer league runs from the 4th week in March through the end of October.
We welcome any and all guests to come out and join us. Starting times are on the
play of the day page. I want to remind you
all that unless you are a club member you may not win any of the play of the day
money cards. Those cards are passed out at the first Tuesday of each month and
they go to the ladies that paid $45 to join the Kokopelli Ladies League. But all
guests get a round of golf with a gps on your cart and a free lunch right off
the menu. We have a fun time and want to invite you all to join us whenever you
can. We are open all year around, every Tuesday, for the ladies league. We do
not do the 29 putt club money in the summertime. But the hole in one fund is available
all year around on our Tuesday League day. Back to the top

Hole
in One Fund:
The hole in one contest is available all year around on any Tuesday during Ladies
League Play only. We start taking memberships for the next year in November and
then $1 of each members dues will go into the fund. We have around 30 members.
So the fund will increase about $30 each and every year. We had $168 in the hole
in one account on November 8, 2011 and Nancy Ellis got a hole in one on hole #14
so the account starts over again at $35 ($1 per member) since that is how many
members we have this year. (as of Jan. 2012) As members add to the club, a dollar
of their membership dues will be added to the hole in one fund. Back
