

	01 of 27. Unlike most trips documented here, this trip didn't have a lot to do about boats. I did get three short trips in this spring, a two night trip on the last section of the Colorado River from Walter's Camp to Martinez Lake, an overnight in Glen Canyon below the Glen Canyon Dam, and a two night trip to Blue Ridge Reservoir. Summer wanderings are going to be short this year because of several major construction projects on campus, but I knew I'd want to get a chance sometime to get cooled off. A number of trips were considered, including repeats of the Ross Lake or the Powell Forest trips from last year, but I ended up doing something different. This year the "cool off" effort involved a different road trip.
