12 ounce package Bow Ties or other pasta
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon or 1 teaspoon salt
3 cups chopped broccoli
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Note: I boil my chicken in water and use that for the broth or you can
save the
broth from the turkey.
Cook the broccoli until tender. Place flour in a large sauce pan
or large wok type
pan. Slowly add 1 cup chicken or turkey broth, bouillon (or salt)
and stir. Or
place 3 1/4 cups of the broth, milk, soup, and bouillon or salt and mix until
almost
smooth. Let the gravy mixture come to almost a boil and then add the
bow ties and
mix until the pasta is covered. Continue to mix the cream mixture keep
the pasta
covered. Add the broccoli. Cook for about 25 minutes or until the pasta
is tender.
Add the chicken or turkey. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
