How do I find my customer number?
First, find your name and address in the upper left corner of your bill.  It's below FastQ Communications logo.  Follow across from your name and you will find your customer number. (Example: Cust#0001)

How do I participate in your autopay program?    
You will need a credit card or a debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo on it. You can also have your payment come directly from a checking account.  We automatically bill your account on the due date of your invoice.

I am on the autopay program and would like to know when you will bill my credit card/checking account.
Your credit card/checking account will be billed on the due date of your invoice unless our billing office is closed on that day.  If it's closed (Ex: Sunday or Holiday), then we will process the bill the first day we are opened afterward.

Do I need to send the invoice back to FastQ Communications with my payment or can I just send a check.
You do not need to send the invoice back to us.  You can just write your customer number on the check and send it back in the return enveloped provided.

Can I pay in advance for 6 months or 1 year at a time?
Yes, call us for the pricing.  If you pay for 6 months you will receive 1 extra month at no charge.  If you pay for 12 months you will receive 2 extra months at no charge. You can also get discounts for paying in advance.

I never get an invoice. It only comes as a late notice, why?
We email our invoices to our customers to keep costs down.  Please call us at 602-553-8966 and make sure your email address is correct on your file, or so we can switch your account to paper invoices.
