Melt margarine over a little under high burner. Add flour. Mix with a slotted spoon. Add broth slowly to saucepan. Slowly add the remaining liquid; stirring each time. Bring to a boil. Makes a little under 2 cups.

Spice Dressing
3 1/4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or allspice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar (or less or none; if you desire)
2- 6 ounce packages Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Dressing or
other brands
1/4 cup margarine or butter (melted)
Add the nutmeg (or allspice), cinnamon, sugar, and the melted margarine (or
butter) to a large bowl. Mix. Add the melted margarine and water.
Mix. Place in the turkey and cook according to the directions
on the turkey. You can place it in a baking dish and cook in the oven
or microwave.
Peel and cut up carrots; in circles or sliced. Place carrots in boiling water (just enough to cover them). Place brown sugar and butter in the carrots and cook until tender (10-15 minutes). Serve.

Potato SupremeIf using instant potatoes, warm up water and milk in medium size sauce pan. Take off burner and add grated cheese. Mix until cheese is melted. Add sour cream and mix. Warm cream soup with corn. Add corn mixture with potato mixture. Serve.

Sour Cream PotatoesBoil, peel, and grate the pototoes. (Make sure the pototoes are completely cooled before grating or it will not work as well.) Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Melt butter and mix with the milk. Place it over the potatoes. Mix the sour cream, cheese, and soup and pour over pototoes. Bake at 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes or more. Serve.

Sour Cream and Ham Potatoes
Follow the recipe above except add some chopped pieces of ham in the sour
cream mixture.
2 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
Grate the pickles. In a bowl, combine the Miracle Whip, pickles, and the pickle juice. Serve with fish sticks, fish sandwiches, or whatever type of fish you like.
