Lettuce (cut into small pieces)
Grated Cheese
Diced Tomatoes

Refried Beans
Sopaipillas

Brown ground beef and drain excess fat .

If using taco seasoning: Add seasoning.  Add enough water to cover the meat.  Let simmer
until the water soaks into the meat.

Cut the sopaipilla dough into 4 equal pieces or more if you want smaller Navajo Tacos. Make
a ball and roll with a rolling pin.  You can roll the dough out and cut the dough with a knife.
Cook as directed in the sopaipilla recipe.

Warm up refried beans.  Mix the refried beans and meat together. Place refried beans, meat,
cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream on the sopaipillas. Serve.
