Burritos, Tacos and Tostadas

1/2 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/3 cup water
Lettuce cut into small pieces
Grated cheese
Diced tomatoes (optional)
Sour cream (optional)
Taco shells, flour tortilla shells (burrito sized), or tostada shells
Refried beans (for tostadas)

Brown ground beef.  Remove excess fat if there is any.  Add seasoning.  Place water to cover the meat
and let simmer until the water soaks into the meat.  Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and
other things you desire.  For tortilla shells: Place the previous things inside the shell and fold over.

For tacos: Place meat in taco shells and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and other things
you like.

For burritos: Place meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and other things you like inside the shell
and fold over.

For tostadas: Warm refried beans in a saucepan or in the microwave. Place meat in taco shells and
top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and other things you like.
