Meat Loaf or Meat Loaf Balls

Meat Loaf Balls

1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon whole basil (grind between your fingers)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce, barbeque sauce, or ketchup
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs or homemade bread crumbs

Place the ground beef in a bowl.  Add the remaining ingredients to the meat. Mix.  Roll the
hamburger mixture into balls.  Makes 4 to 5 balls.  Bake in a 350 degree F. oven or in the
microwave oven.  Bake for 25 to 30 minutes (probably) in the oven or in the microwave
(about 10 minutes on level 8) or until the meat is not pink.  It takes less time if you make
smaller balls.  Serve with ketchup or other sauce.

Meat Loaf

Use the same recipe as stated above except place it in a loaf pan.  Bake in a 350 degree F.
oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the meat is not pink.  You can form it into a ring and
it will take 25-30 minutes.  Serve with ketchup or other sauce.
