Cooking Tips
1. To make broth, boil meat with water on the stove or cook in a
crock pot. Safe the liquid for the broth.
2. Always add corn starch to COLD liquids when you want to
thicken sauces. Move it across the sides of the pan until it is
smooth. Turn burner on and let it thicken.

We use Japanese-Style long grain rice so you may need to ADD more liquid (broth/milk) to the recipes that call for white rice.
We now use about 2 cups (or more-depending on the recipe) of vegetables in most of our recipes.
