Chicken or Turkey Dressing Bake
2 1/2 cups water
1 - 6 ounce (about 4 cups) package Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned
Dressing or other brands
2 - 10 1/2 ounces cans cream of chicken, mushroom or celery
soup
or 1 - 10 1/2 ounce can cream soup and about 8 ounces
of sour cream or plain yogurt
4 cups florentine vegetables, broccoli, corn or any other
mixture of vegetables
2 cups or more cooked and diced chicken or turkey
6 to 8 ounces cheddar cheese
Cook the vegetables. Grease a 9x11 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the dressing, and water.
Place the dressing in the greased baking dish. Place
cooked and diced turkey or chicken on top
of the dressing. Mix the vegetables and soup together
and place on top of the meat. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot.
Serve.
Chicken or Turkey Rice Bake
Do the same as the above recipe except cook about 2 cups of
rice. Place cooked rice in the greased baking
dish. (You might need to add more soup, sour
cream or plain yogurt to this.)
