Chicken/Turkey Noodle Soup

4 1/2 cups dry egg noodles or 12 ounces pasta
3-4 medium sized potatoes (cubed)
2 1/2-3 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas, etc.)
9 cups water
1 cup water
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt (if desired)
1 pound chicken or turkey cubed

Place water in a large pot.  Add salt to water and boil. Add chicken or turkey, potatoes,
and noodles to water. Cook the vegetables some and then add to pot.  Cook until noodles
and potatoes and/or carrots are done.  Add about 1 cup water after the pasta starts to expand.
Add milk or water to cool in the serving bowls.  Serve with bread or rolls.
