Chicken/Turkey and Broccoli Bow Ties

1/4 cup flour
3 3/4 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups water
     or
3 1/4 cups chicken broth or water
1 cup milk
1 - 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup

12 ounce package Bow Ties or other pasta
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon or 1 teaspoon salt
3 cups chopped broccoli
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Note: I boil my chicken in water and use that for the broth or you can save the
broth from the turkey.

Cook the broccoli until tender.  Place flour in a large sauce pan or large wok type
pan.   Slowly add 1 cup chicken or turkey broth, bouillon (or salt) and stir.  Or
place 3 1/4 cups of the broth, milk, soup, and bouillon or salt and mix until almost
smooth.  Let the gravy mixture come to almost a boil and then add the bow ties and
mix until the pasta is covered.  Continue to mix the cream mixture keep the pasta
covered.  Add the broccoli. Cook for about 25 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
Add the chicken or turkey.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
