Cheesy Tomato Hamburger Noodle Dinner

12 ounces pasta or 4 1/2 cups Egg Noodles
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
6 to 8 ounces cheese
1/2 pound ground beef
1-8 ounce can tomato sauce
Seasoning salt (to your taste)
Taco Seasoning (to your taste)

Cook pasta in a pot; according to the directions on the package, drain.

Brown ground beef.  Drain excess fat.  Add seasoning salt.  Grate cheese.  On a medium to
medium high stove, melt butter or margarine in saucepan.  Add flour and then add milk slowly
until smooth.  Add water and tomato sauce and stir.  Add cheese and let simmer until cheese is
melted.  Add ground beef into saucepan.  Add pasta and stir.  Serve.

*Note: You can add about 2 cups corn or other vegetables to this meal.
