Cheesy Chicken or Turkey Noodles

4 1/2 cups egg noodles or 12 ounces pasta
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
Seasoning salt; the amount you desire
2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/4 cups sour cream
6 to 8 ounces cheese
1 cup milk
12 crushed saltine crackers

Cook pasta in a pot; according to the directions on the package, drain.

Grate cheese.  In a large saucepan, melt the margarine.  Stir in the flour until smooth.  Gradually
add the milk, bouillon, seasoned salt, and garlic powder.  Bring to a boil and let it thickened for a
few minutes.  Reduce heat.  Add the chicken, sour cream, cheese and crushed saltine crackers.
Stir. Simmer until the cheese is melted.  Add noodles to the sour cream mixture and stir.  Serve.
