Put roast, stewing meat, pork, chicken, or turkey in crock pot.
Cover in sauce.
Cook for 2 or 3 hours.
Remove meat and pull apart.
Put back into sauce.
Cook for about a 1/2 hour.
Serve on buns or bread (or acceptable bread products if your diet is GFCF)
