Apple Cinnamon Dressing Bake

2 1/2 cups water and/or broth
1 - 6 ounce (about 4 cups) package Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Dressing or other brands
1 cored and grated apple
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoons sugar
2 cups or more cooked and diced chicken or turkey
2 - 10 1/2 ounces cans cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup
  or 1 - 10 1/2 ounce can cream soup and about 8 ounces of sour cream or plain yogurt
4 cups florentine vegetables, broccoli, corn or any other mixture of vegetables
6 to 8 ounces cheddar cheese

Cook the vegetables.  Grease a 9x11 inch baking dish.  In a bowl, mix the dressing, water, apple,
nutmeg, cinnamon, and sugar.  Place in  greased baking dish.  Cover the dressing with water and mix
until moist.  Place cooked and diced turkey or chicken on top of the dressing.  Mix the vegetables and
soup together and place on top of the meat.  Top with cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35
minutes or until hot.  Serve.
