Pudding

Vanilla Pudding
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 cup powdered milk (omit if using milk)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups water or milk
3 tablespoons margarine
2 1/4 teaspoons vanilla

Place the combined dry ingredients into a non-stick saucepan.  Add 1 cup of water or milk
and then another cup.  Mix.  Place on burner and cook over medium to medium-high heat.
Cook until thicken.  Remove from heat.  Add margarine and vanilla.  Stir.  Pour into a bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.  Let cool.

(You can add food coloring to make different colors.)

Chocolate Pudding
Follow the above recipe except add 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa to the dry ingredients and
use only 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Extra Rich Chocolate Pudding
Follow the above recipe except add 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa to the dry ingredients and
use only 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
