Cooking Tips:
- Use a cookie scoop to make your cookies the same size and to save you
time.
- My cookie recipes should be soft. If you know your oven cooks
cookies,
etc. darker, reduce the cooking time or lower the oven temperature.
- I use a Pyrex liquid measuring cup in my recipes.
You can replace those recipe that call for rice/soy milk with other
milks.
