Beef and Noodle Skillet

1 1/2 cup cooked beef (cut up) or 1/2 pound ground beef
4 1/2 cups dry egg noodles or 12 ounces pasta
1/4 cup acceptable margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tablespoon mild molasses
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rice/soy milk
1-14 to 15 ounces canned vegetables (drained) or 2 cups frozen or fresh vegetables

Cook noodles according to directions on the package.  Drain and rinse.  Cook vegetables
(if not using canned).  Drain liquid off vegetables.  If using ground beef, brown it and drain
off excess fat.  In a large non-stick pan, add salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire Sauce,
molasses, sugar, and water.  On a medium-high burner, cook until the margarine is melted.
Add flour.  Stir with a slotted spoon.  Slowly add milk.  Stir.  Add vegetables, beef, and
noodles.  Stir.  Serve.
