Hawaiian Pineapple Calzones (Folded Pizzas)

1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon whole basil (grind it up with your fingers - about 2 pinches)
2 tablespoons sugar
1-8 ounce can tomato sauce
1-20 ounce can pineapple tidbids, cut up slices or chunks (drained)
About 3 cups meat
1/2 pound ground beef and about 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
1/2 pound ground beef, 3/4 cup chopped cooked ham, and 14 pieces of chopped pepperoni
14 pieces of chopped pepperoni and 12 ounces sausage
Any meat or mixture of meat: ham, hamburger, chicken, turkey, pork, beef, etc.
Pizza Crust

If you use ground beef cook it and drain off the fat.  All the other meats, cook and cut
it up into small pieces.  Make pizza crust.  Roll out using a rolling pin to make two-12
inch circles.  Fold them and place them on a cookie sheet that is about 12x17 inches.
In a small, container place oregano, seasoning salt, salt, garlic powder, basil, and sugar
in it.  Shake.  In a frying pan, place meat and tomato sauce.  Mix.  Add seasoning mixture
and stir.  Let simmer until sauce has soaked in.  Turn burner off, add drained pineapple,
and mix.  Open one folded calzon and place the meat mixture on the calzon crust.  Brush
edges of crust with water. Seal by pressing with a fork or flute.  Prick top with a fork.
Repeat with the other calzon.  Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
