Pasta with Chicken

12 ounces pasta
2 cups + frozen or fresh vegetables
1/4 cup acceptable margarine
1 cup rice/soy milk
1 1/4 cups chicken broth (Use liquid from boiling chicken.)
or 2 1/4 cups liquid
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1 1/4 pounds boneless chicken
24 crushed acceptable saltine crackers (salted)

Cook pasta in a pot; according to the directions on the package, drain and rinse.

Cook chicken in water.  Reserve the broth.  Cut chicken into pieces.  Cook vegetables
and drain off excess liquid.  Place margarine, salt, and garlic powder.  Add the milk
and/orbroth and crushed saltine crackers.  Mix.  Add chicken and vegetables to the sauce. 
Mix. Let thicken some.  Add pasta to sauce and mix.  Serve.
