Cook pasta in a pot; according to the directions on the package, drain and rinse.
Cook chicken in water. Reserve the broth. Cut chicken into
pieces. Cook vegetables
and drain off excess liquid. Place margarine, salt, and garlic powder.
Add the milk
and/orbroth and crushed saltine crackers. Mix. Add chicken and
vegetables to the sauce.
Mix. Let thicken some. Add pasta to sauce and mix. Serve.
