Dairy-free Burritos, Tacos and Tostadas

1/2 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon taco seasoning (look for "Pareve" on the label) or homemade taco seasoning
1/3 cup water
Lettuce cut into small pieces
Diced tomatoes (optional)
Taco shells, acceptable flour tortillas (burrito sized), or tostada shells
Refried beans (for tostadas)

Brown ground beef.  Remove excess fat (if there is any).  Add seasoning.  Place water to cover
the meat and let simmer until the water soaks into the meat.

For tacos: Place meat in taco shells and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and other things you like.

For burritos: Place meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and other things you like inside the shell and fold over.

For tostadas: Warm refried beans in a saucepan or in the microwave. Place meat in taco shells and
top with lettuce, tomatoes, and other things you like.
