Fried Rice

2 cups uncooked white rice
2 cups (approximately) vegetables (frozen, fresh, or canned)
1 1/2 cups cooked & diced ham, pork, chicken, or other meats
2 to 3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt (Add extra salt to the pork or chicken while cooking it in the frying pan.)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Cook rice.  Cook vegetables (if not using canned).  (Drain canned vegetables.)  In a large
non-stick pan, scramble the eggs.  Place salt, garlic powder, vegetables, and meat.  Mix. 
Add rice.  Stir.  Serve with biscuits, etc.
