Chicken and Broccoli Bow Ties

12 ounces bow ties or other pasta
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
2 cups chopped broccoli
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup rice/soy milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups chicken broth

Cook chicken.  (I boil my chicken in water and use that for the broth.)  Cut
chicken up.  Cook broccoli.  Cook noodles according to the directions on
the package.  Drain and rinse.

In a large non-stick pan, add margarine, salt, and milk.  On a medium-high
burner, cook until the margarine is melted.  Add flour.  Stir with a slotted
spoon.  Slowly add the chicken broth (stirring).  Add meat, vegetables, and
pasta.  Mix.  Serve.
