Chicken & Vegetable Ramen

About 2 cups diced cooked chicken
3 1/4 cups chicken broth (from boiled chicken)
3 1/2 to 4 cups vegetables
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon honey, Tonkatsu Sauce (found in Japanese food stores), or other sweet sauce
4 packages (12 ounces) ramen noodles

Note: Throw away the seasoning packages that come with the ramen (they are not dairy-free).

Cook chicken on the stove in water.  Cut chicken into pieces.  Reserve the broth for later.  Cook
the vegetables.  Drain vegetables.

Add the chicken broth to a large non-stick saucepan.  Add the dry ingredients.  Mix.  Add ramen
noodles.  Mix.  Add honey or sauce.  Stir.  Let cook for about 4 minutes or until ramen is cooked
(or broth is absorbed).  Add vegetables and chicken.  Stir.  Serve.
