Basil and Meat Pasta Skillet

1 1/2 cups beef, chicken, or other meat (cooked and cut up) or 1/2 pound ground beef
2 cups vegetables or 1-14 to 15 ounces canned vegetables
12 ounces dry pasta
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon whole basil (grind between your fingers)
3/4 cup rice/soy milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups water

Cook noodles according to directions on the package.  Drain and rinse.  Cook vegetables
(if not using canned).  Drain liquid off vegetables.  If using ground beef, brown it and
drain off excess fat.  In a large non-stick pan, add margarine, salt, basil, and milk.  On a
medium-high burner, cook until the margarine is melted.  Add flour.  Stir with a slotted
spoon.  Slowly add water (stirring).  Add meat, vegetables, and pasta.  Mix.  Serve.
