Rinse your grated potatoes off with water until
the brown is washed away. On
a medium to medium-high burner, place margarine, salt, and garlic
powder in
a non-stick frying pan. Melt. Add potatoes. Cook
for about 10 minutes or until
potatoes are tender. Stir. (If you use
leftover potatoes, warm them up. Add salt
to them.) Add eggs to potatoes. Add the
ham, to the potato mixture. Stir until
everything is
mixed and eggs are completely cooked. Serve.
