Note: We use rice milk. You can
substitute with other milks.

chicken or pork)
1 cup GFCF rice milk
2 cups drained canned peas (or other vegetables)
1-6 ounce can tuna in water; undrained
For Potato Mixture:
3 3/4 cups potato flakes
4 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 cups GFCF rice milk
Note: You can fill a 9"x13" glass cake pan, about half full, with
mashed potatoes (instead of using instant potatoes).
Place the chicken broth and salt in a wok style pan. Add flour
and mix. Turn the burner on and add the margarine and slowly add
the milk. Mix. Stir until thickened. Add the tuna and
vegetables. Place the water and milk in a large saucepan.
Add the potato flakes. Place the potatoes in a glass cake
pan. Add the gravy mixture to the potato
mixture. Mix.

Meat Gravy

1 tablespoon GFCF margarine (optional)
Makes about 2 1/4 cups

over potatoes, rice, or
noodles.
* Use more salt if you are going to put the gravy/sauce over rice or
