FastQ has recently installed a new email service and unfortunately, we are experiencing some issues with the upgrade. Some customers can receive, but not send. Others are not able to do either at the moment. Please know that we are working to resolve these issues and will have full service restored as soon as possible. For the moment, please try webmail at:
http://webmail.fastq.com and log in with your username and password.
This should allow you to read your email and send out anything you need to. We apologize for this extended inconvenience.

Please provide your email address, a phone number we can reach you at, the type of computer you are using (Windows, Mac) and what email program you are using (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.) and a description of the issue. It helps if we know if you can or cannot send, can or cannot receive, etc.
